Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data is Public Transport Service Sp. z o.o., Paterek, ul. Przemysłowa 1, 89-100 Nakło nad Notecią, Poland. For matters concerning personal data, write to rodo@ptservice.com.pl or by post to the company’s registered address.
The full Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy compliant with the GDPR (version 3.0 of 22 April 2026) covers every process in the company, not just this website. It is available as a document to download.
What this website stores in your browser
Until you click “I agree” in the banner, this website stores nothing in your browser except that choice itself and the language version you selected, and sends no request to any external service. Images, fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server.
- Remembering your decision. The choice you make in the banner stays in your browser’s storage so that we do not ask again on every visit. It expires after a year, and then we ask once more.
- Traffic measurement, only with your consent. Once you consent, Google Analytics loads and sets its own cookies. We use it to see how many people visit the website and which pages they read. We do not combine this with any other data and do not use it for advertising.
- Content from external services, only with your consent. A video or map embedded from another service does not load until you give consent. Until then, a button appears in its place.
- Signing in to the admin panel. People editing the website receive a WordPress session cookie. This applies only to signed-in PTS staff, not to visitors.
You can change your decision at any time: there is a Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
Language version. On your first visit we store, in a cookie, which language you are reading the site in, so that the PL/EN/DE switch remembers your choice. This cookie is necessary for the site to work, so we do not ask for consent to it. It expires after a year.
Contact Form
A message sent through the form is delivered by e-mail to the PTS front office and contains what you enter: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and the content of your enquiry. We use this data solely to reply. The form does not store messages in the website database and does not pass them to anyone outside PTS.
The form is protected against spam by a simple honeypot field and by measuring how long it takes to fill in. We deliberately use no CAPTCHA: it would send data about your browser to a third party and make it harder for people using screen readers to send a message.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Any consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. The scope and legal grounds are described in the document linked above; questions go to rodo@ptservice.com.pl..
