2024
Strategic investment in Paterek
We acquire the former ZNTK Paterek facilities and infrastructure. The purchase of a 48-hectare site, including production halls and a railway siding, becomes one of the most significant milestones in the company’s history.
2024-2025
Facility modernization and expansion of operational capabilities
We carry out a comprehensive infrastructure modernization program, creating a state-of-the-art passenger rolling stock maintenance and modernization center. We invest in quality, workplace safety, and the development of processes aligned with the IRIS standard.
2025
Entry into the pre-owned rolling stock supply segment
We complete the acquisition, modernization, and adaptation of ATR220 units for operation in Poland, delivering them to Koleje Wielkopolskie. This marks the launch of a new business segment and demonstrates our ability to manage comprehensive rolling stock projects.

A comprehensive partner for rail transport
We continue to expand our order portfolio, employ more than 500 people across four locations, and support railway operators in rolling stock maintenance, modernization, repairs, and the supply of vehicles and components.
